I tried rest and it actually just got more cramped up and stiff feeling. It sucked. But, as long as you take time off to recover you will be back to 100 percent in no time!<br />I've decided that marathons are evil. After this weekend I'm not doing another marathon for a couple years. I hate how it makes my body feel & i really hate how long it takes to recover. <br /><br />Lots of luck for your race this Saturday!
