Same goes for pre-crumbling cheese, toasting chickpeas with seasoning, and cooking up chicken. <br /><br />If you are feeling slightly more adventurous, you could try cook smarts. They set out your meals for the week; you pick how much you want out of a recipe (2, 4, 8, etc servings); whether you want it regular, veg, or gluten free; and then you are given a grocery list and steps to go all the meal prep on the weekend so the midweek cooking is a breeze.
