January Goals Check In

January Goals
  • 83 Miles--Since I'm shooting for 1000 miles in 2017, this is my average mileage per month! Just shy with 75.
  • Core work 3x a week. At least once if not twice a week.
  • Clam shell with resistance bands before runs I do from home, standing glute activation on runs from elsewhere. Yesssss! Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. This has been improving my runs and form SO VERY MUCH.
  • 2 morning group runs (this'll be HARD!) I ran in the morning a couple of times, but not with a group.
  • 2 cycling classes. Fail.
