Since I didn't get to race the St. Patty's Day 5 mile race, I plan to utilize my exact same goals for this 5 mile race. These goals are assuming that my knee feels a-ok, and all systems are a go. If it's bothering me in the slightest, I'll probably DNS/DNF depending, and continue to rest up so it's 100% for my goal half marathon races!! Fingers crossed.
A Goal: Sub 8:10 pace. Uff, that sounds fast.
B Goal: Sub 8:20 pace.
C Goal: Faster than last year!
